What We Collect

When you create a SPYLR account, we collect:

• Email address — for authentication and essential communications.
• Password (email sign-up only) — stored securely, never in plain text.
• Display name and profile picture — provided by you, or received from Google if you sign in with Google.
• Content you create — product picks, takes, collections, and profile information.

How We Use Your Data

• Authentication — to let you sign in and use the Platform.
• Your public page — to display your profile, products, and collections.
• Analytics — to understand usage and improve the experience.
• Error tracking — to find and fix bugs.

Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture. We use this only to create and maintain your account. We don't access your Google contacts, files, or any other Google data. Google's own Privacy Policy applies to what Google collects during sign-in.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions and analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how the Platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

Your data is processed by these services, which may store data outside Indonesia:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Sentry — error tracking.
• Google — sign-in authentication (when you choose Google).

Data Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal data, except where required by law.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database security policies, and secure authentication tokens. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile through the dashboard anytime. For account deletion or data export, contact privacy@spylr.id.

Children

SPYLR is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top.
